2013 Rookies of the Year

2013 OFFENSIVE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR

GREEN BAY PACKERS

RB - EDDIE LACY (ALABAMA/2ND ROUND)

Lacy had a stellar rookie season for the Packers. He really picked up the slack for the offense, during the seven game stretch when QB Aaron Rodgers was injured. Lacy was also named first team All-Pro. He finished the year with 284 attempts, 1178 yards, and 11 touchdowns. He also caught 35 passes, for 257 yards.

2013 DEFENSIVE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR

BUFFALO BILLS

ILB - KIKO ALONSO (OREGON/2ND ROUND)

Alonso was a tackling machine for Buffalo this year. His play phenomenal for the first 12 weeks of the year, before he hit the proverbial "rookie wall". Alonso finished the season with 159 tackles, 2 sacks, and 4 interceptions.

Also considered: Tyrann Mathieu, DS, Cardinals; Sheldon Richardson, DT, Jets; Alec Ogletree, OLB, Rams.
